BARCA to NICE

My old boss from YouBeauty (Danielle) who also took an amazing 6 month trip with her husband around the world a few years back, recommended Drew and I take a similar picture in every city we visited to then compile in a keepsake book. During breakfast this morning we finally decided what our picture (s) at every city destination will be.  We went with a photo of each of our airbnb's front door as well as a photo of Drew and I with the iconic Coca-Cola bottle. (For those of you that don't already know, Drew and I met at our first jobs in NYC working on the Coca-Cola account at MediaVest).

We made our way to the airport around noon with a few quick stops along the way. Took a stroll through the less touristy food market, Mercat de Santa Caterina, and stopped for a quick photo op at one of the buildings Gaudi's redesigned: Casa Batllo

The flight from Barcelona to Nice was seamless. The Lignes d'Azur, which is the bus line in Nice, was right outside of the baggage claim. We hopped on Bus 98 and made our way into the city center all while staring out at this:

I'm in LOVE already! Looking forward to our first full day in Nice tomorrow!
